After you reach to the airport arrivals hall after clearing all your customs then you will get an access to car hire, taxi or a bus shuttle service to reach the city centre. You get parking at the airport which is offered both long and short term. The rates for parking options may vary however the average rate can be around 3.5 euros but parking for the first 20 minutes is free. In terms of long term parking you will have to pay 12 euros a day during the first five days and the charges will then reduce to 6 euros per day.
